There
is, of course, Dexter. Young, brilliant, and yet,
forever clueless as to the ways of the world. His huge
intellect allows him to build inter-dimensional windows,
shrinking rays, and aging machines, but some things
still remain out of his understanding....like girls.
DeeDee
is Dexter's older sister. She loves to dance, eat candy, and
annoy Dexter. She is forever happy, is the biggest ditz of all
times, and, much to Dexter's chagrin, always wins at video games.
She just loves all those big buttons and flashing lights on
Dexter's inventions...
Dexter's
Parents: Dexter's Mom always wears
rubber gloves and is the ultimate "cook &
clean" Mom. Dexter's Dad is the typical '50's
Dad. Both are clueless as to what their children
are up to, even when it happens right in front
of them.
"The Justice Friends": Major
Glory, ValHallen (the Viking God of Rock), and Kronk are all
witless and highly entertaining superheros who share an apartment
and learn to deal with life's more normal situations, like
changing a lightbulb. Definitely a highlight of the show! Val
Hallen alone is enough to keep you laughing out loud.
"Dial
M for Monkey" is one of the added bonuses of the show.
Normally a mild mannered lab animal, Monkey becomes a superhero
whenever evil calls.
Mandark: A recurring character that is
actually smarter than Dexter and also has his own lab,
unfortunately he is smitten with DeeDee and this is his downfall.
He entices her into his lab with candy and she unwittingly
destroys it while dancing.
